61802 Ceramic bearing (6802) is made of Grade 3 ceramic balls imported from Germany. In our China workshop, the balls are precisely adjusted to the nearest micron before being placed in our hardened steel rings with polyamide cages. Our bearing’s precision, extreme fluidity, and extended durability are ensured by hand assembly and stringent quality control procedures.

Description
This 61802 ceramic ball bearing with dimensions of 15x24x5mm has deep groove geometry for high speeds and can support both radial and axial loads. The bearing is made of chrome steel for durability and resistance to deformation under heavy loads, and it has a C3 radial internal clearance greater than CN (normal) to compensate for thermal expansion. It meets the ABEC-5 precision standard for performance within a narrow range of variation, and it has open sides to keep lubricant in and contaminants out. Silicon nitride ceramic balls have a high durability, low density, high shock tolerance, and are heat and fracture resistant.
